Scalloped Cabbage


Pre heat oven to 350 deg.
3 cups chopped cabbage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cups sour cream 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1/4 tsp. pepper

Topping:
1 Cup bread crumbs
2 Tbls. butter

Pre-boil cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes.  Drain.
Add soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Toss lightly. 

Place in a buttered casserole dish.  Melt butte in a skillet,  add bread crumbs, brown.
Place over cabbage. Bake at 350 deg. for 25 minutes.
Enjoy.

This is my way but there is an alternative I found at food.com that I found that sounds good too.
